What can I create with Socilevel?
Product and fashion ad videos, spokesperson avatar videos, animated photos, images and social post drafts. You choose a task and Socilevel guides you through it.
Does Socilevel post to my social accounts?
Not yet. Direct publishing to social networks is coming soon. Today you download or copy approved content and post it yourself.
How do credits work?
Image and video creation uses credits. You see the estimate before you approve. Paid plans are not live yet; plans and prices will be shown before you can buy anything.
What if a creation fails?
It stops right away and we tell you what happened. If no charge is confirmed, no credits are deducted. We never retry a paid creation automatically.
Can I manage more than one brand?
Yes. Each brand has its own kit, media and settings, kept separate from your other brands.
Which AI tools are included?
Google Gemini for planning, HeyGen for avatar videos, Runway for images and video, Higgsfield for motion videos, and Canva if you connect your own Canva account.
Who owns what I create?
You keep your content. See our Terms of Use for details, including each creative tool's own terms.
How do I delete my data or account?
Visit the Data Deletion or Account Deletion pages. Signed-in users can submit a tracked request; we confirm it with you before deleting.
Is my content private?
Yes. Files are stored privately per brand and only members of your workspace with access to that brand can see them.
