Billing, Credits & Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Draft — this policy is pending legal approval and is not yet in effect. Paid plans are not available yet.
How we plan to handle plans, credits and refunds when paid billing launches. Plain language, no surprises.
Plans and limits
Each plan will include a set number of creations per billing period, a maximum video length and a number of brands. Each plan also has spending limits per request and per period, so you may reach a limit before every allowance is used. Prices will be shown before you can buy.
Quotes and your approval
Before any paid creation starts, we show what it will use. Nothing paid starts until you confirm, and we never retry paid work automatically. Longer videos may be made from several shorter clips; your quote includes every clip.
Plan credits and purchased credits
Plan credits renew each period and expire at the end of it. Purchased credits are tracked separately, used after plan credits, and have their own expiry shown in your account.
Failed creations
- If the creative tool confirms it didn't charge for the attempt, no credits are deducted and any reserved credits are returned.
- If we can't yet confirm the tool's charge, the credits stay reserved while we check, and we tell you the result.
- If the tool did charge, the credits used are final under this policy; you can ask us to review it.
Refunds
Subscription fees and purchased credits are generally non-refundable once used, except where the law requires or where we made a billing error.
Free trial
One free trial per person, business and payment method. It cannot be topped up and ends automatically — you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
Taxes
Prices are shown before tax. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
Disputed or returned payments
If a payment is disputed or returned, paid features may be paused until it's resolved. Your content is kept. We don't add arbitrary fees.
No cash value
Credits can't be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold, except where the law says otherwise.
